不知道什么时候开始出现的这个功能，据说是某编辑器带的功能，然后人们就很happy的直接插入外链的图片，后来移除了编辑器后、或者说外链使用了防盗链后就嗝屁了，因此把图片放在本地服务器才是最保险的！

如何实现？依然还是要靠functions.php，打开functions.php，加入以下代码
